ARTISDEV respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect through the website artisdev.gr, how and for what purposes we process it, and the rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. The data controller is ARTISDEV. 2. What data we collect

a) Data you provide to us: When you complete a contact form or contact us, we may collect information such as: full name, email address, telephone number, company name (if provided) and the content of your message or request.

b) Data collected automatically: While you browse, technical data may be collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, as well as data via cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section).

3. Purposes & legal bases of processing

We process your data for the following purposes, with the corresponding legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

• Handling requests & communication: to respond to enquiries and review cooperation requests — basis: taking steps at your request / our legitimate interest.
• Operation & improvement of the website: statistical analysis of traffic and improvement of user experience — basis: your consent for non-essential cookies / our legitimate interest.
• Security & abuse prevention: protecting the website from malicious activity — basis: our legitimate interest.
• Compliance with legal obligations: where processing is required by law — basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

Should a newsletter service be offered in the future, the relevant processing will be based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be disclosed, to the extent strictly necessary, to the following categories of recipients: Website hosting service providers, Providers of technical support and IT systems maintenance, Providers of statistical analysis (analytics) services, Email and communication service providers., Public authorities or courts, where required by law. Where third parties act as data processors on our behalf, they are bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) and may process the data only on our instructions.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

In principle, your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where certain providers are located outside the EEA, transfers take place only where an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists or appropriate safeguards have been put in place, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention period

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Indicatively, data from contact forms is retained for up to 12–24 months from the last communication, unless cooperation arises or a longer retention obligation applies. After the retention period elapses, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Indicatively, data transmission is protected with SSL/TLS encryption, while access to data is restricted to authorised persons on a need-to-know basis.

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR: Right of access to your data, Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), Right to restriction of processing, Right to data portability, Right to object to processing, Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We will respond without undue delay and at the latest within one (1) month, with the possibility of extension where provided by law.

9. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

The website is not addressed to minors under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data of such persons. If it is found that data of a minor has been collected without the consent of the holder of parental responsibility, we will proceed to delete it.
